Q: Are your products safe to use during pregnancy?
A: EUI Laboratoire France skin care regimens are designed to work together as a system. Our customized regimens consist of specific products meant to help you various skin concerns. Consistent use will offer optimal skin care results. Our priority is to help you achieve and maintain healthy, radiant skin. However, when choosing a skin care regimen when you are pregnant, we recommend that you consult with your physician for approval. Q: Do you have any products for Rosacea?
A: Rosacea is a chronic skin condition involving persistent facial flushing that can resemble a sunburn. In more advanced stages, it can evolve into serious eruptions with papules, pustules and cysts. Avoid choosing products that contain Alpha Hydroxy, Alcohol or Glycolic Acid. The most beneficial regimen from our skin care line would be our Collagen Cleanser, Collagen Toner, Luxury Caviar Serum, Collagen Moisturizer, Algae Peel-off Sensitive Mask.
Q: Are your products tested on animals?
A: We do not test our products on animals. EUI Laboratoire France uses only natural botanical ingredients with minimal preservatives to ensure that we deliver the highest quality products to our customers. Our products are tested and developed in a laboratory environment to ensure the highest standards of production.
Q: What age is it safe for a child to start using EUI Laboratoire France products?
A: Generally, we would recommend using our products during the puberty stage. During the early teenage years, the body produces more hormones which cause your oil glands to become more active, ultimately leading to blackheads and pimples. A daily regimen is recommended, although in some cases, even pre-pubescent youngsters may benefit from a basic regimen.
Q: Do I need to use a sunscreen every day, even if I'm indoors for most of the day?
A: Yes, it is very important to use a daily sunscreen with a minimum of SPF 15 even if your daily sun exposure is minimal. The cumulative effects of the sun can increase your potential for hyper-pigmentation and premature wrinkles. If you already suffer from dark spots and discoloration, we would recommend using an Anti-Wrinkle Sun Block Cream SPF 30 daily.
Q: Why is it important to use an eye cream?
A: The delicate skin around the eye area has very few oil glands, therefore it is beneficial to apply an eye cream daily to keep it hydrated. This will help to reduce dryness and puffiness while it minimizes fine lines/wrinkles.
Q: What is the general shelf life of the products?
A: Our products are made with natural botanical and plant extracts which contain minimal preservatives. Since our products are made with the freshest ingredients, the general shelf life is 10~12 months for most products.
Q: Can I use EUI Laboratoire France products with other acne medications?
A: Generally, you can safely use our EUI Laboratoire France products with other acne medications. However, we do recommend that you consult with one of our skin specialists regarding product compatibility. For personalized advice call (201) 944-0072.
Q: How long will it take before I see results?
A: It usually takes approximately 4-8 weeks if not sooner, to see results. Depending upon your skin type, reaction time may vary. However, consistent use of one of our customized regimens will definitely result in visible improvements.
Q: What can I do if I suffer from dark spots or acne scarring?
A: Hyper pigmentation refers to patchy discoloration in the skin. It is a common problem for those who have had excessive sun exposure or hormonal changes during pregnancy. Uneven skin tone may also be a result of acne scarring. Using products Brightening Serum (Day & Night) and Vitamin C 20 Concentrate (Only using Night time) will help to effectively diminish dark spots. We highly recommend using an SPF 30 daily for optimal sun protection.
Q: How do I choose which spot treatment to use for my breakouts?
A: If you are experiencing blemishes that come up to the surface to a whitehead, choose the Purity Cleanser. If your blemishes are deeper blemishes that are more cystic, apply the Deep Cleanser and Purity Serum to help heal the area.
Q: Do any of your ingredients require the use of sun protection?
A: Whenever you are using any products that contain Alpha Hydroxy or Glycolic Acid, we recommend protecting your skin with a minimum of SPF 30 daily. However, if you doctor has prescribed Retin-A or if you suffer from hyper-pigmentation, we recommend using SPF 30 instead.

Q: Are there shipping options to expedite my order?
A: Domestic orders may be shipped 2-day UPS or Fed Ex with rates starting at $15.00 or overnight with rates starting at $25.00. Shipping rates will vary based on package weight and zip code. Overnight service is not available in all zip codes.
Q: I've placed an order online, when can I expect to receive it?
A: Web orders usually arrive within 7-10 business days within the continental USA. International order shipments can take 1-3 weeks or more depending on the destination. Orders are shipped from our warehouse Ridgefield, NJ location.

Q: I've made a mistake placing my order online, who do I contact to fix it?
A: Call (201) 944-0072 to speak to a customer service representative or email your request to info@VictoiraLab.com. Orders that have been processed and shipped can not be changed. Most orders ship the following business day.
Q: Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
A: Yes, we do ship to P.O. boxes as well as APO/FPO via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS).
Q: What is the return/exchange policy?
A: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
For products purchased directly from Victoria Lab Inc., returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of the purchase date (shipping and handling not included). Products should be securely packaged and shipped back to us. Please include a note if you would like a refund, exchange or Victoria Lab’s credit.
We apologize but we can not accept returns or exchanges for products purchased from a retail or department store. Please contact the retailer for their return policy.
Q: Does Victoria Lab Inc. ship outside the USA?
A: Yes, Victoria Lab. can ship all over the world with very few exceptions. Customers are required to pay any duties or taxes upon arrival of the order into the country. If goods are refused, the purchaser is still accountable for the shipping fees incurred. Shipping rates begin at $25 for most international orders. Q: What does Free Ground Shipping mean?
A: Victoria Lab Inc. is offering Free Shipping on domestic orders, placed online only, being shipped anywhere in the continental U.S. going ground delivery using promo code: SHIPMB. Next day, Second Day and International orders are not included in the Free Shipping promotion (Hawaii and Alaska are excluded also).

A: There are parking spaces at our location of 1Level, Main Level, 3Level. You can park at any parking lot.
Q: Do I need an appointment?
A: Appointments are highly recommended and absolutely necessary for business open hour, although we will accept walk ins, schedule permitting.
Q: Is it safe to have a facial if I am under the care of a dermatologist?
A: Yes facials are safe although it is necessary that you inform your esthetician of any medications you are using (Retin A, Accutane, Differin) so we can modify our treatments so as not to interfere with your doctor’s orders. Our estheticians may decide not to treat your skin if there is severe irritation, a skin condition or medication side effects that may be worsened by having a facial. Please check with your doctor before scheduling any facial treatments.
Q: I have very sensitive skin. What products will be used on my skin?
A: Please notify your esthetician of any allergies or ingredient sensitivities so modifications in your treatment can be made. We suggest Victoria Lab's skincare products; Luxury Caviar Serum, Collagen Moisturizer.
Q: Can I put make-up on after basic skincare line?
A: We hope you will enjoy your glowing, clean, moist skin as long as possible before putting on make-up. It will not be harmful for your skin to apply make-up immediately after, however.
Q: How can I maintain my beautiful, post-facial skin at home?
A: After your facial, you are encouraged to meet with one of our product experts who will customize an at-home skin care regimen for you.
