Each 2mL vial of this product contains 112 mg of water-soluble ingredients such as a variety of cytokines derived from human placenta, amino acids, peptides, nucleobases, and carbohydrates. The DNA-synthesis accelerator activity in 2 µL/mL of this product for primary culture is equivalent to more than 10pM of rHGF 1.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
This product is a light yellow-brown or yellow-brown clear liquid with a distinctive odor. The pH level ranges from 5.5 to 6.5 and the osmotic pressure ratio (to physiological saline) is approximately one.
INDICATION(S)
Improvement of hepatic function in chronic hepatic disease
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION
The normal adult dose is a 2mL subcutaneous or intramuscular injection once daily. According to symptoms, the dose can be increased to 2 or 3 times daily.
PROTOCOL OF THE BASIC DOSAGE OF LAENNEC INJECTION
1. Initial loading / loading DosageF Two or three ampoules (2ml) per day (IM or IVD) x the dosage consecutive for four weeks to eight weeks.
2. The continuation dosage that was aimed for maintenance of an effectF One or two ampules (2ml) per day (IM or IVD) x per one week or per two weeks
3. Only for the exacerbation period, the medication can be temporarily increased to the high-density dosage (increase in quantity / day after day).
However, for the exacerbation period of atopic dermatitis, the high-density dosage should be suspended, and see the patient condition with the maintenance dosage No.2, above mentioned.
